Injection moulding and toolmaking specialist, Adreco Plastics has been awarded the prestigious JOSCAR accreditation, demonstrating the company’s commitment to quality and excellence in aerospace, defence and security supply chain operations. The accreditation was awarded in early March 2025 and remains valid for 12 months
JOSCAR stands for the Joint Supply Chain Accreditation Register. It is a single repository that holds validated compliance information about qualifying suppliers. JOSCAR was born out of a collaborative initiative managed by supplier data management expert, Hellios.
Being accredited by JOSCAR officially proves that a company is ‘fit for purpose’. All participating buying organisations can access the accredited information supplied to the scheme to help inform procurement and commercial decisions. Among the demanding criteria, Adreco Plastics had to prove excellence in quality assurance, information security, financial health, business continuity and ethical operations.
Sam Hill, CEO at Adreco Plastics, says: “We are very proud to have achieved JOSCAR accreditation. I would like to thank everyone involved for their hard work in ensuring that Adreco Plastics met the exacting criteria of this important scheme. We look forward to streamlining our procurement processes as a direct result of this very pleasing achievement.”
Adreco Plastics also holds accreditations in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management. Operating for more than 50 years, the company provides tooling and moulding services to customers across a wide range of industries, including aerospace, defence and security.
